Position Description:

The Marketing and Special Event Programer position will be responsible for assisting the Community Development team with marketing/promotion of programs, assisting with special events including the design, planning and implementation and evaluation of existing events. This contract may require some evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities include:

• researching and participating in community trade shows and networking events where appropriate to promote special events and programs
• developing marketing communication collaterals for programs
• help manage staff and resources for special events and corporate events
• assisting with special events hosted by the Club
• other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements / Work Experience:
Recent Graduate of University or College with specialization in marketing and special event management
Not currently attending school
Not in receipt of Employment Insurance Benefits
Between the ages of 18-30
