Job Description:

Teacher Placement Manager

Oxford Seminars is searching for a full time Teacher Placement Manager to join our Kingston head office team, on a contract basis.

The Teacher Placement Manager will manage his/her team in providing assistance and support to Oxford Seminars TESOL/TESL/TEFL Certification Course graduates in finding global ESL teaching positions, including managing existing recruiter relationships and establishing contracts with new recruiters to ensure continued growth in graduate placements.

With their business and ESL teaching background, along with their strong organizational and problem solving skills, the ideal candidate will also ensure we continue to hire qualified instructors for our course, and to manage the team to ensure corporate objectives are achieved.

Major Qualifications:

  • University degree in education or business

  • 3-5 years business experience with 2-3 years in a supervisory/management role
  • Minimum 2 years overseas ESL experience

  • Strong leadership and management skills

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Note: This anticipated maternity leave contract will be for approximately 10 months.
