Job Description:

This Category I unionized position is open to all interested parties.  Preference will be granted in accordance with the Collective Agreement for the PSAC bargaining unit for Category I NPF employees at CFB Kingston.

 Under the supervision of the Kitchen Supervisor, the Snack Bar Attendant takes customers' orders and prepares food and beverages.  He/She stocks refrigerators, refills the beverage machine and clears and cleans tables in the eating area.  He/She also replenishes condiments and other supplies and receives payment for food items. Qualifications:

-       High School Diploma

OR

-       An acceptable combination of education, training, and experience will also be considered.

 Preference will be granted as follows: ·         Bilingual Mandatory – Bargaining unit members·         Bilingual Non-Mandatory – Bargaining unit members·         Bilingual Non-Mandatory – All interested parties Non bilingual candidates may apply but will only be considered if the bilingual mandatory staffing process is unsuccessful.  In that event, the successful non-bilingual candidate will be required to undertake second language training.
