Job Description:

The food and beverage service at Fort Henry has evolved to include a variety of different services, from weddings in the lower fort and Discovery Centre to over the counter food service in The Soldiers’ Canteen. The supervisor will be responsible for the execution of the products at Fort Henry including but not limited to: supervising event set-up, running the event, ensuring the space is returned to its normal condition, stocking inventory, balancing cash reports, meeting with clients and ensuring service standards are achieved. These are just a few of the many responsibilities that will come with managing the food and beverage service at Fort Henry. Candidates with education in the field of business management or hospitality management and have supervisory or managing experience are preferred. This position will begin in May and end on December 31 (approximately eight months) with the opportunity to join one of our other businesses in January.
