Minimum Requirements / Work Experience
- Count and balance till before and after
- Set-up and tear down bar;
- Bartending duties;
- Set-up for receptions;
- Restock bars/inventory
- Order stock;
- Clean up duties;
- Other duties as assigned.
•Grade 12 diploma or equivalent education;
•Experience working in a customer service environment;
•Must be enrolled full time in post secondary education;
•Must provide and maintain a satisfactory Criminal Reference Check at own expense;
•Must demonstrate corporate competencies: Customer Focus, Results Orientation, Integrity, and Teamwork.
SKILLS, ABILITIES, WORK DEMANDS
•Smart Serve certification or ability to complete certification within 30 days of hiring;
•Demonstrated customer service skills;
•Basic mathematic/accounting skills;
•Strong communication and organizational skills;
•Must meet physical requirements of the position, including lifting;
•Must be available to work days, evenings and weekends, possibly late nights;
•Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
