Job Description: Kingston Online Services, a leading internet service provider is currently seeking a support technician for the Tech Support/Help Desk who meets the following criteria: • 1 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role responding to incoming calls/emails • Computer savvy, with good knowledge of Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 • Exceptional customer service skills • Able to learn and incorporate new technology and software • Good knowledge of computer, modem and router hardware • Must work well in a fast-paced team environment, with excellent problem solving skills • Shift work, including Saturdays; flexibility to accept additional hours THIS IS A PERMANENT, YEAR-ROUND POSITION.
