Job Description:

Guest Reservations

Run all computer night audit functions

Log and program all wake-up call requests

Print next day arrival report.

Check Guests in and out.

Daily reconciliation of cashes.

Maintains security of the entire complex (routine patrols of interior and exterior)

  Locks corridor doors and turns off lights.

 

 Sets and monitors alarms system.

Administer messages, mail and fax services.

Print/run all necessary reports.

 Verifies that all room charges from other departments (JM’s, IWP etc.) have been correctly posted to guest folios.

 Post items to guest accounts.

Process corrections and adjustments to accounts.

 Report pertinent information to the next shift.

Ambassador Conference Resort 1550 Princess Street Kingston ON, K7M 9E3
Minimum Requirements / Work Experience:
Must be available between the hours of 11pm-7am
