Vimy Officer’s Mess
Full Time Position
Under the supervision of the Mess Manager, the Kitchen Supervisor plans and organizes day-to-day operations, food production and services. He/she prepares, cooks and serves food in accordance with menus, established and standardized recipes, and production control charts. The Kitchen Supervisor monitors and controls inventory, orders and receives stock and food supplies. He/she decorates or garnishes plates and dishes to suit the occasion. He/she supervises staff, prepares employee work schedules, trains staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures, and also participates in the selection of staff, as required.
Successful candidate will be prepared to commence employment as soon as possible.

Minimum Requirements / Work Experience:
-College diploma, certificate or apprenticeship in hospitality, food service management, or in a related field AND some years experience in hospitality, food and beverage service or a related field
-High school diploma AND several years experience in hospitality, food and beverage service, or in a related field
Proficiency English Level French Level
