Job Description: Food preparation
Maintain and control inventory
Have a general knowledge of dietary needs
Maintain cleanliness of food preparation areas
Comply with food safety standards.
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work co-operatively with guests and fellow associates.
Candidate must be flexible, work hours including days, evenings, nights and holidays.
Work Site Location: Ambassador Conference Resort
