Job Description:

Check preparations for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Take food and drink orders, enter them correctly into the squirrel POS computer system.

Sever food and beverages to customers according to policies and procedures.

Responsible for hosting and bussing tables including setting and clearing.

Responsible for own cash float.

Polish cutlery, glasses etc.

Stock items as required.

Answering questions about all of the menus and full knowledge about all the menus.

Ambassador Conference Resort, 1550 Princess Street

Minimum Requirements / Work Experience:

Must be legal age to serve alcohol.
